“It’s a good place to stay for mountain hot spring. We can go to a private pool directly from the hotel. But, the front staff was not helpful.”

“Room was great. Clean, with a comfy king bed, big screen smart TV, and a big bathroom with a nice shower. The breakfast was fantastic. Only negative was that the whole building was very very warm without it being hot outside (15c outside in June). It had an air conditioner unit in the room that blew cold, but it was very loud. Needed it running constantly otherwise the room heated up very fast from the rest of the building. Bring ear plugs and you'll be fine.”

“We stayed in the 2bedroom 2bathroom suite and it was amazing. Large space, clean, modern and welcoming. The place had nearly everything we needed. On our first day it was about 24degC outside and we could feel it inside, there was no A/C but for the rest of the week outside temps were only 18-20 so it was very comfy inside. They do provide fans. The TVs were massive however a big issue is none of them are smart TVs so there's no built in apps or even easy way to cast to them which made...

“The lodge was phenomenal! We had such a relaxing stay. The room was cozy with a beautiful view, and we loved the hot tub on the deck overlooking the lake. Breakfast was lovely and staff was so friendly and helpful! We will absolutely be back.”
