Hotel a Kreamer

“This stay was a little disappointing, but we may give this place another try. The internet was out, which meant no TV, but we actually did get a few channels. Our assigned room had a lingering scent of a non-tobacco product, but we were eventually switched to another room even though they were at capacity. The pool looked great, but we didn’t have time to use it. Breakfast was good. This stay wasn’t stellar, but the bed was comfortable so we may give it another try in the future.”

“There was nothing that I didn’t enjoy at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel room along with the gathering places was superb. Breakfast had multiple selections of well made options. We were so pleased with our 1 night stay!”

“I loved this hotel. Very clean. The gentleman that checked me in was wonderful. Very kind and patient despite a large tour group that had just arrived via tour bus. The layout of the room is convenient and efficient. I love the hooks instead of a closet. Wish other hotels would do this. Breakfast area was clean and good selection of food. Would recommend and and would stay here again.”

“The room is nice enough for the price. My only complaint is that the shower drain was extremely slow. So slow i dont know how housekeeping cleans it and hasnt reported a problem to maintenance. I asked the night desk person to have maintenance look at it in the morning. At 6pm the next day i checked the drain and nothing had been done. Talked to the next desk person and was told maintenance doesnt enter a room without permission from the occupant. A confusing statement. I asked for a plunger and...

“The property was undergoing major renovations during my stay, so guests had to use a side door most of the time, and there was a lot of dust, dirt and debris on the main floor, especially around the entrances, and dumpsters and construction vehicles in the parking lot. There was also a food service delivery, via tractor trailer, at 5:30am, that unloaded, loudly, at the main entrance for about 30 minutes, just below my third floor room the first morning I was there. “The place is falling apart and is terribly maintained. The room was dirty, the shower didn’t work, it smells, I would never recommend it to anybody. I put up with it because I had no other choice since I was traveling with my daughter and we arrived late at night. Left the next morning as fast as I could.”
