“Hotel is nice. Since last time I went, fitness center and spa were renovated and for me was perfect.
Anyway, best part of Hotel I believe to be the staff. All of them very kind and ready to help.

Im Restaurant möchten wir besonders das Engagement von Zhanna hervorheben, sie versteht es Menschen schon am morgen zu begeistern, außerdem spricht sie sehr gut Englisch und Tschechisch, was vor allem meine Frau verblüffte.
Auch der Conciergeservice war sehr gut und Sabina eine sehr gute Hilfe.”
“Inside the room was clean with ac and water bottles. But the door and the Frame itself wasn’t the most updated. Location was okay with quick walk to the bus route to the airport and main bus station. The breakfast was poor, I noticed the server bringing other plates of food look better than the plate I was given, mine had old brown apple slices and stale brown bread. Maybe the kitchen staff treated me less because I was a person of colour, probably. Front desk was ok and answered my questions. ”

There is a nice park across the street and it’s a short walk to many great sights. ”

"Excellent stay only be aware if you book the Junior Suite as it is a small / corner room, better to look at other options. The staff anyhow was super helpful and supported by change. In addition it is a very busy hotel, difficult to do early check-in factor this in your travels. I highly reccomend the place to everyone"
