“Staffed around the clock at the lobby, check in and out was easy and luggage was brought straight to the room upon arrival. Everyone spoke great English and were super helpful, even contacting luggage delivery service for me to pick up my things (it was last minute too, that was my fault, so I really appreciated the effort).
