The Space:
Situated on an expansive property, this is the 3rd and most quaint unit, attached to the garage with a shared patio area. This ground floor cottage has a cozy living space that includes cute dining area and kitchen, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. The comfortable bedroom features 1 king bed, but there is also an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living space. There is access to a washer and dryer in the garage (shared). Parking is street only.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
- Pack n plays and high chairs are available for rent, $25 plus taxes and fees.
- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
