“The staff was a bit divided as far as how they treated us as their guest. The lady whom checked us is was very nice untill the next time we tried to check in . She told us we was placed on the do not rent to list because we didn't leave the room till 1:30 the previous stay however I specifically asked for later check out . They also didn't knock on the door or call the room untill then so we didn't know they didn't charge us for the late check out untill then. The young lady that worked not the...

“The first room we were in had roaches, according to the hotel desk it was the only room that had a full kitchen it in and the front desk stated someone must of left food or something in there. We were put into another room which we weren’t too crazy about but we were 10 hours from home and had already paid for the hotel. I appreciate being put into another room but I won’t stay here again.”
