“Everything wonderful...except....when I checked into my 1st floor room, I found that the window was unlocked and that the window locks did not work in room 129. This necessitated having to change rooms. Desk clerk was helpful but this shouldnt have happened...”

“So, if you would like to be greeted by a condescending staff member this is the spot. If you’d also like to be informed that there is a temporary hold (there are resorts I’ve stayed at with less hold than this), for a lesser rate a night room… this is the spot. In case you were hoping for a deadbolt, it will be ripped off the wall surrounded by claw marks. When you head into the bathroom; you will be promptly greeted by complimentary cockroaches in the tub 😊 The absolute WORST experience I have...

“This hotel was built in 2015, in the front lobby there is a Groundbreaking Shovel showing that, thus it is at least 10 years old hotel, not very new. And there is no elevator, thus if you have heavy suitcase please ask for ground flr rooms. Staff is friendly, breakfast is Ok, and the window curtain is not quit good shielding effect, if you want to sleep more in the morning please choose right side. Breakfast is OK for its price.”

“Desk staff was great. On site restaurant is where the free breakfast comes in, very good and the waitress is fantastic. Our room however left much to be desired. Old, broken items, loose toilet seat, wallpaper separating from the wall, holes in the carpet and a broken desk chair, but we persevered. We've seen worse. We've stayed here many times but the place is starting to show it's age and is in need of renovations.”

“Vero che stiamo parlando di un 2 stelle. Però … Pavimenti appiccicosi dappertutto. Soffitti in ingresso rattoppati. Camera 109. Moquette sfilacciata. Rivestimento basi letto rovinato. Porta di ingresso che chiude male. Ante armadio che chiudono male. Un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno e abbiamo chiuso la porta… Non si apriva più!!! Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi, fino a richiedere intervento receptionist. Il ragazzo molto gentile a sua volta ha provato e poi l’ha aperta con una spallata …...

“Made the mistake of booking for four days on a fishing trip. The fishing was Poor and I left a few days early. Lost out on over $150 won’t make that mistake again.”

“Maybe just a pet peeve but I think coffee should be available on site by 6 am. Complimentary or paid. Walking to the "sister hotel" next door (not terribly close) not a great option.”
