“First room provided had hair in the tub, no hand soap or Kleenex. Front desk staff was very accommodating and provided a new room. Carpets and rooms a little dated but bed was comfortable. ”

The entrance had overflowing garbage and the doors to enter the hotel were not locked anyone could walk the halls. You could hear people arguing at 2 am in the parking lot. When we first got in the room all the lamps and Tv were unplugged, the window was wide open. The room has serious water damage. The toilet had dried urine behind the seat, the door to the bathroom...

There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well.
