Hotel a Lake Ridge

“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“We spent a night at this hotel after a long flight. It offered everything we needed and more. Excellent location, airport shuttle, courteous staff, clean, comfortable room and a good breakfast selection.”

“The lobby is being renovated I guess and did not look like what was pictured in the photos. We were not aware or told of the renovations so the lobby was very bad. Very messy and if we weren’t staying for only one day we would of went somewhere else. The room in general was ok. The sheets has a stain on it, and the shower floor was dirty so we wore sandals in the shower. Otherwise the room was decent and it was good enough for one day.
