“Parking was available and easy, and it felt safe. Breakfast was slightly limited (boiled eggs, for example, would be a welcome breakfast item to enjoy with toast and the good coffee), but the fresh waffle was delicious, as well as the fruit and yogurt. The room was spotless, and the manager and his personnel excellent. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Burrell House. The room was large, beautifully renovated with a well thought out design. It is a very short walk or drive to Main Street where there were a multitude of restaurants and shops. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to book again soon. ”

“I arrived after dark and the hotel and the village were like a magical New England winter scene with sparkling lights everywhere. The proximity of the hotel to a typical New England church and numerous white painted wooden framed structures was a scene from our historical heritage. The hotel was reopened less than a year ago after extensive renovations. The outcome is a GEM. Decorations deserve an A+.”

“My husband and I recently stayed at the Rosewood Country Inn. The Inn is impeccable. The decor of the Inn and our room was beautifully decorated. Stan gave us excellent suggestions for dinner and we were lucky to have been staying to enjoy the Sunday Brunch buffet at the Inn. Everything served was absolutely delicious! We will be returning in the near future. ”

“Good price hotel, but you can feel the years of the property. No breakfast available.”

“The rooms were clean but were starting to show signs of age. The bed would squeak and the mattress would sink in the middle. There was a fly in the room, which took forever to get it out. I thought the decor was nice. The concept is of Airbnb rooms but within a hotel. There’s no onsite front desk but there’s daily maintenance it seems. The living room lodge is cozy, the free cocoa/coffee was great, and the game room/pool was nice. Overall, it was a great value and would gladly return. ”

“Room was fine. Only stayed one night for a quick trip. Didn't realize that the restaurant was closed on Sundays. Was looking for a meal after a long drive, but there were plenty of places to eat in the area. ”
