“The room was clean, the parking lot was big and accessible from our room, the breakfast was good and the staff went above and beyond”

“My son, husband, and I were bitten by bedbugs at this location. We had to get prescription medicine for the encounter. I would avoid this place.”

“The room that we were in had a super loud AC. It was so loud we had to turn it off because of the squealing noise. The room was also near the freeway so there was loud road noise. Other than those two issues the room was fine.”

“We like this property and have stayed here before. However, this time we had a few issues. They only had one luggage cart. Although the desk clerk looked for it, she could not locate it. So we had to lug all our stuff to the room. The ice machine on our floor was out-of-order. The toilet paper roll holder was missing. The shower drain was slow so we were showering in about 3-4" of water. But the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the breakfast was good!”

“It was a decent one night's day. The problem was that beds are so awful. They feel like you're sleeping on a box. Spring literally back and leg in hip pain afterwards. Thank goodness. It was only one night and skip the free breakfast.It's not even worth it even though it's free very yucky”

“The hotel lobby was really clean and smelled good. The room appeared clean but had a funny odor (like a musty boys locker room). It was very spacious and met all of my needs. The breakfast was fresh with quite a few options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. No issues with wifi.”

“Everything was great only problems were not hardly any room for hanging clothes and our room had no microwave. Microwave was no big deal we barely use them anyway. The Woman at the front desk ( think her name is Reneda) was spectacular! Super friendly and helpful. Everything in general was pretty darn good. We will be staying there again because of how much we liked Reneda. In closing, most hotels are basically acceptable but their people skills are somewhat "iffy". NOT HERE! Worth...
