“Rooms are updated and hotel was updated, food was very good.”

“Very disappointing stay. The deluxe suite had a strong sour, musty/mildew smell that did not improve even after we opened the balcony doors and ran the AC. The bathroom and common-area floors also needed to be vacuumed and mopped, and despite reporting the issue, no one came to properly clean the room. For the price of the room, I expected much better cleanliness and attention to guest concerns.”

“Spa changing room were not clean and needed updating too. Safe in room didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it, didn’t offer to move rooms, but offered to use the hotel safe, which we did, but didn’t feel comfortable in doing so. Air con wasn’t very cold, set to 60 but room didn’t go below 75. For a four star hotel, it didn’t really feel like one, unfortunately we wouldn’t go back.”
