“I have stayed at many Hampton hotels and I love them. This was similar but the customer service was lacking from the check in to the end. Very disappointing. The only valet parking was a surprised. Hotel 5 but the Customer Service 3.”

“I loved this hotel! It’s in a beautiful part of uptown Chicago (Andersonville- an adorable gayborhood), near lots of cute shops, thrift stores, pubs, and bakeries. It sits right across the street from a beautiful cemetery, filled with gorgeous old trees. The lobby is charming and welcoming, as is the rooftop deck, where you can see the Chicago skyline in the distance. The rooms are nicely decorated-tasteful, not overly adorned. Our room had a lovely balcony that we enjoyed. Beds were comfortable...

“The bathroom shower curtain would not stay up in place. The expandable rod did not stick to the shower tile and fell down after a few minutes regardless of how tight the rod was adjusted.”
