“The room was clean and staff was nice. We got in late and they allowed us to check in later because of this. Our bathroom was clean however the shelf to hold our soaps were falling apart so we had our soaps on the floor. The extra showerhead also did not work. We got a balcony room and was disappointed that there was not a place to sit outside to enjoy the nice weather and the sounds of the city. The last thing we had an issue with was how heavy the doors are so when others would come back to...
