“I adored my stay here. A woman in eary to mid 30's is all i met n spoke with. But she was cery kind, held a smile every convorsation or in passing. Not sure if were skimming or scamming but called my bank and there was no reason my cards wouldnt go through except for a problem with their system. Had to find another hotel because didnt trust them! Card worjed at another hotel with no trouble at all!”

“This property is directly across from beach access. It is adorable. The room was spacious and VERY clean. The continental breakfast was fresh and easy. Pool area was clean. Hotel provided beach towels and chairs if needed. Staff was super friendly. This was my first time in Venice and I had a wonderful time. Hubby and I could walk to village which was about 3/4 of a mile away. I would go back again.”

The staff is not very helpful and charged the wrong person and simply said there was nothing they could do about it even though they were told to call if they had any issue. The staff at the front desk doesn’t seem to want to help you and just send you to a kiosk with somebody on the screen.
