“Staff friendly, no free breakfast as supposed, remove closet doors (when they're open you have no room at sink). Who designed shower doors (they open on the wrong side, can't reach towels and can't turn on shower before getting in). The beds were nice and comfy.”

“Accommodated our needs for spring break but slight incidents from other guests caused us to have to speak to management. Walk right up to the beach and nice indoor pool and hot tub!”

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. ”

“Room And staff were horrible. Power went out in our room around 8:30 at night when we tried to tell Steph we could not get a hold of him until the next morning before lunch and they were rude and asked us to leave because of that”

“The hotel was nice and convenient. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We wanted to visit the waterpark on the first day that it opened, but it looked like they were still cleaning it and working on it and we weren’t able to go.”

“Everything was wonderful we had a hair competition and it was right next door to our hotel.and the room was wonderful no problems..we needed extra towels and it took them no time to quicklyget us fresh ones .everything we needed was in one spot and was right on the beach It had in door pools..ice cream spot..arcades ..nail salon..restaurants...and even a convience store it had everything we love it”

“The property was dated. Smelled like Marijuana in the room and office. Ocean view but shabby surroundings. Not recommended. ”

“Lumpy beds rooms needed work. Smells at night in halls , breakfast was good if you like bread coffee poor taste. Good location will not be booking there in future.”
