“Staff was very nice at check in. The elevator was not working which was rather inconvenient - they could not accommodate me with a first floor room but did switch to a second floor room. Room was small but cozy. Linens were fresh and clean - bathroom was also very clean. Was a good room at a kinda expensive rate but all hotels on the Kansas City metropolitan area have raised their rates due to the impending FIFA World Cup games.”

“There was a large sticky spot in the carpet and a leak in the ceiling in the shower. I reported the problems and they said maintenance would look into it. With 2 issues in the room, I was disappointed they didn’t move us to a different room or at least comp the room. ”

“Staff found out it was our 40th anniversary and went out of their way to make it special.”

“In the end it was a great stay. I believe they double booked - so we were a bit panicked that we did not have a room - but it ended up being ok.”

“The breakfast was good. Both mornings had the same selections and were ok. The room was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot was well maintained, and I felt safe parking there.”

“The pull out couch was very uncomfortable so was not able to sleep on it pulled out”

“We ended up having to switch rooms because our air conditioner was not working, both rooms were dirty upon arrival. Food crumbs in both beds, food on the wall from where people threw it against it into the trash. Staff was super nice, pool was heated and quiet”
