“I made a reservation because it said there was a free airport shuttle, but on the way there I was told there was no driver, and on the way back I was told it was full, so I couldn't use the shuttle bus for either trip and ended up using Uber instead because I was told that I have no choice but to take Uber. If I had known from the beginning, I wouldn't have made a reservation.”

“The room was clean and ready when we checked in. We did have a 2 bedroom/2 bath, but one of the bathroom toilets was clogged when we arrived. We did call maintenance (it was late when we checked in, so we did not expect for it to get handles that night, but the front desk personnel informed us that someone would be there around 8am. When we came back the following evening, the toilet still was not functioning properly.”
