“this hotel is always wonderful to stay at. no real amenities to speak of but there is a meijer directly across the street. something was being built the last i was there but i am unsure what it was going to be will for sure being staying here again. I stay a couple times a year in this exact location.”

“The pool and spa area were lovely. The hotel is dated and guest rooms and bathrooms are old. There are very few food options in the hotel or around the area. There is very little information available at check in about the food options as well. We were surprised to find out the only restaurant on premises closed at 7pm.”

“Very nice room with clean carpet and updated bathroom. Great food from their restaurant too and very professional staff. With Kroger just a stone throw away, it’s easier to grab any extra stuff that you may need. Will highly recommend it.”

“Pillows were very lumpy; bath towels were very thin; toilet paper was like paper towels, the shower gel in the shower was empty . Breakfast was not great - yogurt came from a machine , all the yogurt toppings were empty, there was no coffee where the cups were so you had to go to another area. We stay in many hotels in BG due to having kids who are students at BGSU; by far this was the most expensive and the one that we liked least . We would not stay again ”

“Our room needs some care. Dispenser in shower has rusty screws and will fall out of the wall if used, refrigerator was so loud it needed to be unplugged to sleep. No trash can, no cups in the room. No xtras at the front desk if something is forgotten, ie... toothbrush, toothpaste, etc... The beds were comfortable and appeared clean and bug free however. If just looking for a place to sleep and get out- it's OK. Also had to leave $50 for a "security deposit" which I got back after an...
