“Hotel was clean, friendly staff and breakfast was much better then most hotels. We would stay here again, no problem.”

“Hot tub was not filled all the way and the chlorine burned our eyes. The waffle makers need to be updated because even with spray the waffles stuck. There were oranges, apples, waffles, milk, coffee, cereal, muffins and raisin bagels and toast. No eggs, sausage or bacon.. there was some oatmeal and juices too.. overall we did like staying tho. The kids enjoyed the pool”

“Staff was great. Place was clean. Problem was my room. Door had an inch gap in it toward the bottom. Very low water pressure, tub would not drain, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. All bottles were completely empty. Shower head came off while showering. Toilet wouldn’t flush. I really feel it that our room was not ready to have us. So many things wrong. ”

“A few minor issues when checking in to get an acceptable room but the 3rd was good. Staff was helpful and apologetic. After that all was good! Breakfast was ok. Would be better if there were non-dairy milk alternatives available and more gluten free options. ”

Io quando posso guardo dalle foto se i letti sono bianchi, significa che il trapuntino viene messo tra due teli che vengono cambiati quotidianamente! Bagno nuovo total confort. “L'hotel, facile da trovare, lascia a desiderare per quanto riguarda la pulizia degli spazi comuni: la hall è maleodorante e bisogna sottolineare che è il luogo dove consumare la colazione (un pò contenuta rispetto agli standard degli altri hotel frequentati nel nostro viaggio negli USA) !!! L'hotel è in parziale ristrutturazione, ma la camera era assolutamente pulita e confortevole. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e professionale.”

The lock was broken and every night that I was there I complained about the lamp on the night table.
