“Nice desk lady room wasn’t clean and we had to change rooms because of the window shade was broken. Had to kill a large wolf spider in the bathroom”

“The facilities were great and it was close to the beach. The pool was small but most of the guests went to the beach so there was always room at the pool. The only problem I had was there were no nice restaurants in the town. I had to drive a little way to go eat unless I wanted fast food.”

“When we checked in no one asked us for a security deposit for our dog. When I was checking out the front desk person was surprised that we did not leave a deposit. We are now in your Macon, GA. hotel and I told the person at the front I had a service dog . All she did was had me fill out a form & a small $25. refundable deposit Just thought you should know”

“The lobby had a bad unclean old musty type odor when I arrived, but did not notice it the next day. The AC unit in my room could be adjusted and I was too cold the entire stay,”

“Great one night stay! Check-in was quick and smooth and the clerk was super friendly. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped, a/c nice and cool (essential in the FL July heat!), and plenty of parking. There is a nightly parking charge - I think it was $15. Breakfast was pretty good - hot and cold options (bacon was really good, packaged pastries were pretty good). It's a quick walk to the beach and there is a great skate park just out the back door. Convenience store and great seafood...

“We enjoyed our stay here very much. Love the schoolhouse vibe. The staff were welcoming and friendly. One suggestion would be to install towel hanging hooks or rings on the framing wall outside the shower. The shelf above the toilet is a risky spot for towels. The hooks on the door is just enough to hang robes or clothings.”
