“Place was nice in a quiet, safe, clean neighborhood only minutes from Big Ben. A few broken things but very minor (step on trash bin, pulley for blinds/shades). Email is the best way to communicate, don’t bother using WhatsApp or any other form of communication. Would definitely stay again otherwise ”

“I stayed at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is excellent, very close to Big Ben and the underground, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.
The room was fairly spacious, with a large and very comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The only aspect I didn’t particularly like was the bathroom, which has a glass wall facing the room and therefore offers limited...
