“The price point doesn’t match the experience. They are located right next to the freeway next to a large retirement community. Most of the rooms look in on each other and feel packed in. There is not elevator and not bell hop. The “serenity pool” is surrounded by the fitness room and the cement block walls with rooms all around. “The check in staff member was nice and friendly, but after she left the rest of employees were short and loud due to being disturbed from their computer screen. This was my first time visiting this Best Western in Clear Lake. As a member I've never been denied a continental breakfast. The food was being prepared for a church group only and had a closed sign outside the door. Luckily I found breakfast a cross the street at Grandpa's Cafe. It's a shame to give this Best Western a lacking review...

“Parking was easy to find and had enough spaces for our stay. They do a precheck in and precheck out to make that process go quicker. There is no elevator so if you don't want to haul luggage up stairs to the higher floors I recommend requesting a lower floor room. Bed was comfortable, room was small but well laid out where it didn't feel cramped. Blackout curtains were nice to block light from the outside.
