“Impressed”

“Had great staff. Would stay there again!!”

“Room appeared clean, bathroom door knob was very loose and did not lock, breakfast consisted of dry cereal with no milk, instant oatmeal with no available water or milk to mix it with, there was syrup but no waffle maker, they did have yogurt, 1 apple and 1 orange, and a bottle of orange juice if you wanted to pour yourself a cup of juice. Oh they also had pieces of bread put into ziplock bags and a toaster plenty of jelly and butter”

“They overbooked then canceled my room 4 hours before check in”

“One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The place was extremely dirty. There were hairs in the bed, and it did not seem like the sheets had been changed between guests. The coffee pot also appeared to be unwashed and looked like it had been used to cook something other than coffee. The bathroom was in very poor condition. Overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable and needs serious attention to meet basic hygiene standards.”

“Everything was super nice and clean all information needed was given to us prior to our stay. Was a really nice place to come back too.”
