“The front desk man was very nice, and my first room smelled like natural gas and he believed me and gave me a new room. I appreciated that. He didn’t give me an attitude or anything. I don’t remember his name but please tell him thank you! I was already stressed out and he made my night better! ”

The kitchen cabinet door hinges were broken. The shower tile was cracked, separated & mold had grown over. The shower faucet literally came off in my husband's hand. “It was all good but breakfast is a bit misleading. It was muffin, cereal bar or oatmeal rolled out on a cart. It was fine but not at the same level as what most hotels call a continental breakfast. ”
