The Space:

Blending contemporary design with homely warmth, this beautiful Islington house is perfect for all types of guests, offering the privacy of a residential setting with the comfort and attention to detail of a five-star stay. The home has been thoughtfully designed with high-quality furniture and wooden floors, all enhanced with underfloor heating, while carefully placed skylights and large glass doors flood the home with natural light from morning to evening.



Spanning over 50 square metres, the heart of the house is the expansive open-plan kitchen and living area. With modern appliances, and plenty of space to cook, dine and relax, it’s ideal for everything from family meals to cosy nights in. Concertina doors open seamlessly onto the private garden, creating a tranquil indoor–outdoor flow perfect for morning coffees or alfresco dining. The bedrooms offer calm and comfort, with plush beds, ample storage, and soft lighting. One of the bedrooms also enjoys access to a charming private patio; a quiet retreat for reading, relaxing or working in the fresh air.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the private garden and all outdoor spaces.



The Neighborhood:

A lively blend of independent boutiques, leafy residential streets and some of the best dining options in the captial, Islington is one of London's most characterful and culturally rich neighbourhoods. Upper Street, just moments away, is legendary for its food scene, home to more restaurants than there are days in the year. The property was amazing. The rooms were a nice size and each room had their own bathroom. There was plenty of space for all of us to hang out together in the living room and the outdoor space was huge. Public transportation was walkable, there is a bus stop right on the corner. We also found some great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The only issue we had was the heating. It was set low but was always 28 Celsius so it was very hot.
