“The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. Room was very hard to cool. The desk is not staffed at night so if you have an issue there is no one there to help you, also check in ends at midnight and the doors are locked. We were attending an event that was not going to be over by that time , they told us they would leave the door unlocked for us but we were afraid that would not be the case so we drove an hour there and back to our event just to check in and get our room keys. “I liked it was in a convenient location. I didn't like because the customer assistance couldn't understand me or shall I say I couldn't understand them. We hurt ourselves on the end of the bed. My husband and I I told them about it. They said oh I wouldn't recommend anyone there unless you strictly can't afford a nice room, I don't want to trash them but my experience was not great.
