“I love staying here always clean, however I upgraded for an extra $120 for a partial “ocean” view room which was just a street view with a balcony. Just because you can see the sand path to ocean that is not an ocean view room, clearly would not have paid $120 more if I had known that. They should state “ balcony “ street view! Also, it’s been 5 days and they still have not released my $100 deposit!”

“Be careful if you book this hotel. It is a pet friendly place but what they don’t tell you is it’s a 75.00 fee and the beach is NOT pet friendly. To take your pet to a pet friendly beach is 29 min away. If you do go with your pet make sure you bring vaccine tags or a photo of them they will ask for it”

“We had an amazing stay at the Hotel LBI. We originally booked with the understanding that there was a shuttle to the beach, but we came a few days before the season, so it wasn’t running. This was very disappointing and I wish it had been advertised. Otherwise, the room was fantastic, the food was amazing (if a little pricey), and the amenities of the hotel were spectacular. I would definitely come again!”

“Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Was unaware bedrooms only accessible by narrow and steep stair case. It would have been helpful to disclose that information. Fortunately we did not have a problem except it was strenuous to carry our luggage to bedroom area. Aside from that, it was a great stay. ”
