“The location of the hotel is perfectly connected to The Domain. The lobby is elegant and spacious. The room was pleasantly clean to my satisfaction. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable weekend stay and everything was perfectly functional on this newer property. Be prepared to pay for parking separately however. About $14 per day in the attached garage. I will certainly stay at the property again and highly recommend it.”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

BUT when we went to eat breakfast, there was a female staff member with all gray hair in her 50’s and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, i asked her a question and she didn’t bother replying she had an angry face and only gestured for me to give her my plate.
