Die Lage der Wohnung ist in einem sehr gepflegten Skiresort, dicht bewaldet und sehr schön anzusehen. Es ist ein privates Appartement in einer zweistöckigen Anlage mit jeweils ca. 10 Einheiten im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zur Skipiste.
