“Many positives but one deal killer. Both the 2nd and 3rd evenings we returned to find the door unlocked and not latched. The door did not latch when left to close by itself, we found that you have to pull it shut manually to get it to latch/lock. We informed the front desk the first night and emphasized how important it was to us to know that our room is locked. “I was greatly impressed with this property. The staff was awesome and had all needed amenities. Only drawbacks was a dirty room ac filter and a bathroom drain plug that didn’t work. Was still a very pleasant one night stay. Many thanks to all! ”

“This hotel has offered airport shuttle in the past, but no longer does. I've stayed at this location several times in there past and it was always nice and clean. Now, not so much. “A very outdated room! We had to have the front desk lady (maintenance) come up three times to get the TV to work. The room smelled like a big smelly dog had just left. We asked for a different room, but they said they were sold out. (even though we saw several empty rooms at the time) we pre purchased two nights. “Site advertises the room with a King includes a sitting area (couch). However, it does not include a couch or other sitting chairs as they have moved all of it to their suites. Just a really large open space with two ottomans next to bed.”
