Chalet a Louisiana orientale

“The hotel needs some upgrade to the bathrooms and painting in the rooms”

“Definitely great service the food and the breakfast was amazing. The pool was nice and comfortable. Move service came, especially on time and if I had a problem, I could talk to the front desk manager who was a polite and delightful person to meet and understand and talk to snack snacks and microwave was good. Tea was good. Everything about my experience was amazing.”

“Stanza veramente sporca e rumorosa”

“Good position”

“L'unica pecca di questa struttura sono le camere un po piccole ma per il resto è stata una scelta ottima per visitare New Orleans senza spendere una fortuna. L'aria condizionata è un po rumorosa. Peccato.”

“Great customer service”

“Most of my 4 night stay was great. The best parts: Covered, safe parking, hot water immediately when I turned on the bathroom sink (opn the 6th floor), quiet halls, hot breakfast with many options, friendly desk clerks (thanks Sam!). If I want to be nitpickey I would mention that my plastic wrapped soap was impossible to open and both times I needed glasses or scissors to get the soap out! Crazy. When you are showering that is not a good thing....anyway, certainly not the end of the world but...

“The picture of the room on the website was not the room we stayed in. It was much different and a disappointment as we could not even use the pool, because it was filthy, including a layer of bugs on the top. If you like horror movies, you would have loved this as when we stepped off the elevator we had to use our phone flashlight to make our way to our room. The 2nd night (Halloween) it was like the shining, as they lit the hallway with tiny fake votive lights and stick them on the wall....

“Buono”

“Dewanda was amazing! Super nice gave us the best attention during breakfast. Parking included, good breakfast and very clean.”

“Prezzo altissimo per un hotel sporco e male gestito. La colazione la prende chi arriva per primo poi alle 8.30am solo le briciole . Mai piu'”

“Room was clean. Staff were very nice and friendly.”

“La struttura è datata ma il personale è davvero disponibile. La stanza è ampia e silenziosa, cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Serve un’auto per arrivare in città. In zona non vi sono ristoranti o altro se sei a piedi. Comunque posso consigliare il soggiorno in questa struttura per il rapporto qualità/prezzo”

“Tutto ok”

“Everything”

“When we arrived we had to wait approximately 15 to 20 minutes to be checked in because there was an issue with another guest. Our shower head looked as though there was mold on it and the water shot out so hard when we turned it on so we didn’t use it. We were lucky it was only a one night stay or else we would have left and gotten a different hotel. We did actually sleep good in the beds.”
