“Location was convenient for me”

“Staff was nice. Breakfast was very good. Parking was easy. Clean room.”

“Showed up late at night to be informed that the hotel was overbooked. We booked the double queen room with the pull out sofa for a family of 5. They asked if a king room with 1 pull out sofa couch would suffice. The hotel doesn’t have pull out beds to offer. They waived the parking fee and threw in 2 additional bottles of water for the inconvenience. Would have been nice if the hotel would have reached out prior to our arrival so other arrangements could have been made that would have worked for...

“Camere un po' più piccole della media nel caso di 4 persone. No microonde in camera, ma caffè a disposizione nella hall. Colazione a buffet varia. Piscina un po' fredda. Vicino a strada trafficata e troppo lontano da Denver città per essere comodo.”

“L We liked the location!!! 2. Suite was a larger room but minimally furnished, no sense of separate space , no lamp in sitting area.”

“The elevators were out for the first several hours. We had to use the service elevator, and it was really dirty. The hotel seemed to be understaffed and the people at the desk was not dressed very professionally for a big hotel No bellmen No safes in the rooms One morning we had luke warm water for our showers. Disappointed that we had to pay for outdoor parking. We did have a great view of the mountains.”

“Our room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, but on the day it should have been cleaned, no one showed up. No clean towels, no trash dumped, nothing. Also, we didn't find out until morning two, that the buffet was $16 a person, which on day 1 no one gave us tickets, front desk didn't mention anything on check in, no one mentioned anything, so it took us by surprise, because it was a standard continental breakfast, nothing fancy.
