“Clean room well kept . Cold upon arrival but heat worked great. Beautiful view of the ocean even while laying in bed. No elevator doesnt bother me but just know that if you're planning on staying on the 3rd floor. Just stayed one night so not much more to include. Definitely would stay again.”

The staff was friendly and helpful. I received an upgrade to my room on the day I checked in since it was off season and there were open rooms. “The Lamplight, as always, was spotless and well-maintained. The location can’t be beat- a block from the beach and super close to restaurants, shops and bars. My only wish is that each room would be supplied with its own Keurig. One of the treats of staying in a motel is waking up and having a coffee in your bedroom before you even get dressed. While coffee is available at the motel, I’d be happier not having to go outside and sometimes downstairs to get my morning caffeine fix!”
