“As a normal, moderately priced hotel, we were very happy with it. Loading and unloading our luggage was very easy. In many rooms, you can park right by the door. Breakfast was about what you would expect. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy along with a selection of rolls and fruit. The staff was very helpful and polite. We were very satisfied.”

“The staff was courteous and answered questions kindly. This hotel is in the perfect area for anything you would want to do in the island.”

“The front desk staff were fine although when I arrived there was no one at the desk to greet me and check me in, I had to search for someone and was then told to wait. So wait I did. Although a breakfast was offered, there was no flavored creamer for coffee, its the only thing I look forward to is my coffee and having no flavored creamer as an option was disappointing. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the pillows a bit to full and not soft. The A/C was hard to adjust and the room...

“Everything went well with our stay. Some suggestions... The smell when you walk in was an over powering fabuloso scent, maybe use more of a bleach clean smell. The room did smell a little musty like old wet pool clothes. Possibly the carpet, maybe LVP for the floors.”

“Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of updating. Entrance was dirty and in poor condition. Rooms were ok, clean. There were never any towels at the pool. Breakfast below average. I understand that price was very low but expected a little more from Hampton Inn.”
