“Location and house lovely. Very clean and attractive. Bedrooms had very comfotable beds, no closet space but hooks on back of doors., however. Air conditioner worked well but had issues at the end. A new air conditioner will be installed to meet the house needs next tuesday. We plan to come back next year.”

“This is a wonderful property! Ellen is a fantastic house with great communication and hospitality. It is in a perfect location to be able to walk everywhere and enjoy all the beautiful historical homes and restaurants. It has every amenity that you need with a great kitchen area and spacious Interior. Our favorite was the gorgeous port with rocking chairs where we had coffee each morning and cocktails in the evening. Very private yet close to it all! I highly recommend this great property!”

“The King Street Cottage is a beautiful home in a very desirable part of Beaufort. The location is within convenient walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants, and the waterfront. The cottage floor plan and high ceilings provide a sense of space and comfort that is unusual in a two bedroom cottage. “The home was exactly what we needed and wanted for our family. Safe location with access to everything within a matter of minutes. We will definitely come back.”

“We come to Beaufort once a month for work. This is one of the best homes we have stayed in. Neat, clean everything you would need for a long or short stay. Parking is on the street but it is inset off the road. Quiet area. We didn't get to use the relaxing outside area (too hot) but would in cooler weather. Walked to local resturants (10 mins). Roku tv with extras (HBO/HULU). Home was very organized with plenty of room for our stuff. Charging stations by bedside..why doesn't everyone do that??...
