Guest house a Lowcountry

“Parking was difficult. Apparently, our room didn't qualify for driveway parking; we had to park on the street. Got a good spot upon arrival, but we were hesitant to drive for fear of losing a parking spot on a street with few first come street parking. Nice elderly ladies, one told me she was in her 80's, cleaned and stocked continental breakfast. Easy to talk with, but kept telling me how exhausted she was having to work. I felt sorry for her, but... The Old Porch room was unexpectantly VERY...

“Comfortable. Quiet. Loft upstaies has 2 full-sized beds & 2 twin beds. Though the cottage does not have an iven; you won’t need one. They have a toaster oven, hot plate w pots & pans. And a BBQ grill. Though not in the historic part of Charleston; it’s a quick trip over the bridge. And near Folly beach. Super attentive hosts. ”

“So easy to walk into Park Circle. Super clean and comfortable. Amazing space and shower (I now need a rain shower!). ”

“Pluses: Roomier than pictures show, good location with parking spot, fridge and Keurig. Minus: Barn door wouldn’t close for bathroom, noisy bathroom fan, batteries out on under counter lights and fan remote. ”

“The place was very clean and in a nice neighborhood - very close to the Citadel. The place was great for a girl's weekend where we were on the go most of the time and the parking spot was very handy for our rental car. The park across the street was lovely. As this is a basement apartment, we could hear the footsteps of those upstairs, but it didn't bother us. ”

“Everything was as described. Location was wonderful! Less than a 15 minute walk to pretty much everything! Beautiful, historic and delightful! Parked in garage and didn’t have to drive the entire time we were there.”
