“The unit was as pictured and very clean. The patio view of the fountained pond overlooking the marsh and adjacent golf course was a very relaxing view! Wifi is very fast and the living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Roku streaming. The unit has ample lighting which I prefer. This 1st floor unit is close to the elevator and stairway access. We took the stairway a lot since only 1 floor up from the adjacent parking area and faster than waiting for the elevator which...

“**What We Loved:**Spacious, clean, and quiet retreat with a well-stocked modern kitchen and powerful AC. The walk-in shower was excellent, and we loved being just steps from the beach (3-minute walk) and a short stroll to Salty Dog marina. Great access to Sea Pines’ bike paths with plenty of parking.**Minor Notes:**The beach is actually on the sound rather than ocean (no waves) and no community pool available. **Bottom Line:**Fantastic, comfortable stay in an ideal location. Highly recommend!”

“Only issue really was the one lady we had checking us in at the convention Center. She was a little rude and not super helpful. Other than that everything was great!!! We had lots of fun! Kitchen was great Beds were great, wifi was great and most importantly the air conditioner was excellent!”

“We loved this villa! It was clean, well kept, and comfortable. They have a beautiful back porch and very comfy rooms. Everything was spotless upon arrival. Great kitchen supplies provided and easy walk to the beach.The only thing I would warn about is the uber experience, because there is some confusion we faced with getting the drivers to come to the right entrance (it would route them to the resident entrance where they could not get in). Of course that has nothing to do with the amazing condo...

“We had a wonderful stay! One of the biggest highlights was having plenty of towels and supplies for our family — which is something we’ve found lacking in other rentals. It was such a relief not having to do laundry constantly, which honestly made this feel more relaxing than a hotel stay.The home itself was beautifully updated with thoughtful touches throughout, and the location was absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay here...
