“Pet friendly and grass area for our dog. A gazibo covered area with chairs to relax in. Contact less check in. Staff via the phone very friendly and helpful. Was able to check in early with no extra charge. Had our room done and accessible as soon as possible. We will stay again.”

“Room nice and clean, no bad smells. Bed firm but surprisingly comfy. AC was amazing. Check- in quick, employees friendly and welcoming. Breakfast items pretty varied with good protein choices. Gravy for biscuits & gravy very tasty but too salty. Location pretty central with many eating choices within walking distance. Only con is that hotel is fairly close to freeway and if you're on the front of the building, there is some road noise.”

“There are not a lot of hotel options near Oakridge, but we selected this hotel as a stopping point on our way to Crater Lake. The hotel was fine, no frills but suited us as a one night place to stay. The breakfast was limited to a prepackaged cake, coffee and I think a small juice box.”

“Went above and beyond for us!!! I called late and asked about a cot and a late check in. Extra linens were left in the room along with a cot. Key was in a lock box for us. Very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for your help :)”

“We loved the layout of the one bedroom unit. Having a separate bedroom and living room was very nice. The bedroom is big with a large closet and the king bed was extremely comfortable. One note is that there is not much lighting in the bedroom unless the window shades are open. It was very convenient having the breakfast included. Another plus was having four EV charging stations available.”

“This is a basic motel. No pool. It’s several years old but has been maintained well. The room was clean and all items were in working order. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and a Target. Would stay here again.”

“This location was 15 minutes drive from Eugene airport and conveniently located to University of Oregon and downtown. The hotel parking was free and available, unlike most areas in downtown, where paid parking was the norm. Breakfast was promptly served at 6 am and included cooked eggs, potatoes, and bacon or sausage. There were also boiled eggs, oatmeal, pastries, bagels, toast, fruit, waffles and yogurt. “We had a wonderful time! We rode the Aufderheide scenic bikeway and the West Fir lodge was a perfect place to stay. Great food, a comfortable room and a nice place to sit outside and enjoy a drink. We had a lovely time and will be back again. The staff were so accommodating and nice. Thank you!”

“The entire place, check in office, elevator, hallways, and our room was very clean. Room was comfortable and quiet. Parking was tight and we had to park in an overflow lot next door but it was easy to get to.”

“Room was not clean! Thankfully my husband and I ALWAYS travel with cleaning items. The air conditioning unit was sooooo loud! There was not a button nor switch to turn it to low and it actually go low. It was dark, dank and funky upon arrival. The shower cracks and crevices were dirty, possibly moldy, but definitely horrendous looking, the room had an adjoining "scary" door that the deadbolt and knob did not seem to work on it BUT the door was jammed into the framing sooooo tightly that it...
