“Distrattamente non avevo letto che il check in andava fatto prima delle 19, cosa mai successa in vita mia. Lo stesso giorno ho fatto check in in un altro albergo senza prenotazione alle 24.30. Ho telefonato alla struttura alle 21 senza ricevere alcuna risposta, ma ci sono comunque andato, trovandomi davanti una struttura a dir poco brutta.
