“Room was very clean. Location was good. We were not able to use any of the amenities like paddle boarding, or kayaks due to so much seaweed. The smell was also horrible. There is no beach at this hotel. Upon check in there is a $100 PER DAY deposit nor a notice of a resort fee thought this was all included in the hundreds I had already paid to stay here. When I checked out there was no notice once again about a resort fee that would be charged when I left I got a notification from my bank that...

“This place is NOT a resort by any stretch o the imagination! The pictures and online description are extremely and intentionally misleading. Breezy Palms is a run down motel with furniture that looks like it came straight from a landfill. It is also NOT on a beach as falsely stated online. There is a small roped off water area full of trash and ocean sludge. Some sand was trucked to create a “beach” area which is next to a boat dock that has zero water access due to the amount of sharks swimming...
