“I was only there for one night for the Knicks parade, but it was a fantastic stay. The room was clean and spacious. I had the superior room with the sofa bed and it came in handy. The staff was really really nice very accommodating especially with how hectic all the check-ins were. I would definitely stay there again”

“Hotel needs to be updated. Floor hallways was untidy with trash everywhere. Staff on the phone midday was rude and very dismissive. Late afternoon staff when checking in was more approachable and very professionally kind. So guess I’m 50/50 about this place.”
