“The house was nicely updated. Plenty of space. Beds were comfy. Four porches to enjoy the views. Pool was small but the kids loved it. Didnt see any other villa with this amenity. There was a lot of boat traffic in and out of the marina. Could be annoying if you dont enjoy the music they might be playing. The bridge from Rt 1 is also able to be heard if outside but other than that it was pretty peaceful. ”

The house was very well equipped with all of our needs.The upstairs toilets both had some issues with running until we jiggled the handles. Also the hand towel holder needs to be repaired, as it was broken upon arrival. “A wonderful vacation rental. The house was very clean on arrival. Kitchen was fully equipped. The dock was a dream for taking the boat out everyday. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is ideal in a vacation rental. I would recommend and we will most likely try to book again next year. ”

“We had a wonderful time! The property is very private, and having the dock was one of the highlights as was the view from the porch. We saw nurse sharks, baby jellyfish and the most gorgeous sunsets we’ve ever seen. We’d love to go back with friends.One caveat is that the air conditioning would only go down to 71F. There was a limitation programmed in that our host said couldn’t be changed. We typically sleep at 67 at home so this was a bit too warm for us for sleeping. I wish this had been...
