Complessi di appartamenti a Lower Matecumbe Key

“Our first time in Florida! It was a great location and private beach access was perfect, complete with pier and wildlife sightings (lizards and hermit crabs) Clean room with all the amenities. Had a hiccup with the door code but our room contact was prompt to help and make sure everything went ok. Balcony view was awesome! Private community was quiet and safe to walk around. We loved it!”

“The unit was clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked well.”

“The property was listed exactly how it was presented, very clean and comfortable, the rooms were spacious and very easy to maneuver, the kitchen was very well organized and stocked with all the cookware and utensils to make it very homey, compared to what you would pay for a hotel, this is hands down the best way to stay in the keys. The pool was fantastic , very clean and relaxing, the property was very well maintained and secured, with a quiet tranquil atmosphere, the view of the water was...

“Overall, the room was very clean and well kept, and the check in process was quite easy with only a small hiccup (didn't know we had to go to a different location to pick up the key for the room, but it wasn't too far away). The only downside is that the first bullet point on the listing says "private beach," which I guess in the sense is not wrong, but it is very small area that is not well kept, and has a lot of rotting seaweed, which makes the "beach" quite undesirable. I guess for this time...

“Clean and perfect location”

“We were very disappointed with this rental experience. When we arrived Friday night, the property had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. The beds had dirty/soiled linens, the bathroom towels were used, and the entire property smelled like wet towels/mildew because the AC had been turned off. It was not in livable condition when we arrived.Because of this, we had to pay out of pocket for another hotel room Friday night. We were told the property would be cleaned the next day, but...

“This was a great unit for our purpose. Felt newly remodeled. Beds were comfy. Nice extras provided, like a cooler, pool noodles, pickleball, tennis rackets and some fishing gear. Check in & out was one of the easiest, so far. The pool was a HUGE hit. Location was good. Close to the park and good food. Husband only wished we were a bit closer to fishing, but we just didn’t know. Only critiques; wish the couch was a bit bigger. It isn’t bad, just a note. And the patio is small and the furniture...

“This place was very beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as advertised on VRBO. The hosts were also very responsive with any needs. I would recommend this to anyone who goes to the keys.”

“This condo was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at many!! It is also in the perfect location for visiting the Keys! The view from the condo was great and it was supplied with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The communication with the Host was amazing. We highly recommend this unit.”

“The property was in a great location, close to several beach bars and restaurants, the condo was so cute and the host was accessible throughout the entire process before and after our stay.”

“Great property, great location! Only complaint is the twin beds in the second bathroom are not made for adult, but everything else was perfect. The master bedroom was perfect.”
