Hotel a Lozano

“Breakfast wasn’t much to choose from and coffee was too bold. Need a breakfast coffee. ”

“This place needs to be fumigated. I encountered spiders and small roaches on the last 2 days of my stay. ”

“Went to get my card for my room (on the 3rd floor) key didn’t work so i had to go down again to talk to the employee. his attitude was okay. then we walked in the room. it was a mess. had to go down again and turns out he gave us the wrong room and had a bad attitude as well. the new room was bad. there was a roach in the bath tub. this made me disgusted. never booking here again.”

“Clean room. Good hotel for short stay. Window insulation not perfect with interstate close is a point of improvement.”

“We rented two rooms. Very nice property. Convenient location. However, the shower in one of the rooms did not work and the other room had no towels. Staff was friendly but did not resolve the issues nor offered any assistance other than "we will report the issue." We ended up having to use the one shower that did work and obtained towels from the gym/pool area.”

“Parking lot is not big enough to pull in with a trailer hooked up to your truck. Other than that, everything was smooth.”
