“Fire alarm kept beeping. Stayed here for the pool. Pool is closed and clearly has been for months. I was unable to get a refund because I didn’t know until after check in. The room was dirty. The floors were wet with condensation. Hotel staff were great.”

“Sheets were not clean. Sheets are not breathable fabrics and the area is very humid. Our room had no fridge or microwave. Asked housekeeping twice for towels and never got them. Room smelled like mold and had black mold stains on ceiling. Bathroom walls had hair on them. Hotel is next to a very loud bar that is open until 2am on weekends. Doors closing in rooms around us were loud and constantly woke us up. I wasn’t expecting a palace but even the very bare minimum is not met here.”

“The surrounding was very serene. It was also very close to town where you could get almost everything about 3-6 minutes away.”

“Breakfast was good but the beverages did not taste good. It tasted like bleach so we were unable to drink anything. The fridge in the room was not cooling off too well. Everything is well maintained and clean. ”

“La cortina del baño olia a orines, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido, no habia vasos para tomar liquidos, el fondo de la alberca tenia moho, el personal de recepcion no es bilingue, los inquilinos del segundo piso hacian mucho ruido a las 5.30am”
