Internet was fast and easy to sign in, they didn't make it overly complicated.
The king-sized bed is incredibly comfortable.

The Doorman Ted goes out of his way to be helpful and informative. Donna at the front desk was helpful and very accommodating (great room). Charlie at the bar and restaurant knew what I wanted and made it happen without having to ask. Felt like home away from home. ”

There aren’t a ton of parking spots in the lot, and the location of the hotel is very awkward and inconvenient. You can only access the parking lot from one point, and the amount of traffic always in the area makes turning into the hotel sort of difficult, but makes leaving nearly impossible. ”
