“This was the perfect stay for our mother/daughter trip. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.”

“We went as a group for a baseball tournament. Kids had a blast in pool. Everyone enjoyed breakfast and adults enjoyed evening drinks!! Great place”

“Would not recommend the property do to one factor, while waiting to leave for a softball tournament I grabbed a drink and went to pay for it, the man at the counter asked if I wanted to charge it to my room or use a card, I replied cash and he took my 3 dollars. The next day while checking out I was buying some Tylenol and I was asked the same question and I replied cash I was informed that the property was cashless. So where did the money go?”

“The rooms are always clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful.”

“Everything was horrible about this place. Active mold in the bathrooms terrible smell all around. Bad customer service. Elevators wernt working properly. Non working refrigerators. Splattered unknown liquids on the walls. As soon as we noticed the poor cleaning and active mold in rooms, we got a hold of staff and requested a full refund and ended up booked a different hotel reservation elsewhere. If I can give zero stars I would. We were traveling with small kids so all this was so inconvenient....

“The property was not what I have come to know as the Hampton Inn chain. Typically a Hampton meets above average requirements but unfortunately this one was sub par. They put us in the wrong type of rooms even though we had reserved a specific configuration. The customer support was not supportive at all. When I travel in the future I will not be staying at a Hampton Inn. Sadly, a former Hampton Inn guest.”

“The smell…. I don’t know what scent is being used, but it’s the best! It’s not overpowering, just incredibly pleasing as you enter the lobby. The staff was amazing! Our room was clean and exactly (if not better) than expected. The hotel is close enough to Nashville to experience all the tourist trappings but far enough out to avoid a lot of the traffic and noise.”

“The property is very clean and offers a lot of amenities, so that when I travel to Franklin, my stay is very comfortable and efficient.”

“My only concern was the noisy a/c in the room. It took a while to cool but by the time I was ready to sleep I was comfortable. All in all a good choice for a 1 night stay. Pet charge was most reasonable.”

“Well, I thought I had booked another location, but how pleasantly surprised I was! Staff was wonderful, we were in a comfy room. We generally stay at Holiday Inn due to the soft beds and pillows. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with amenities for showering, etc. The strange thing was breakfast was extra charge. Had not had that experience before, but paid during booking. Good hot breakfast to get us up and on the road. Would definitely stay here again. Pool was nice area, but rain moved in...

“Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption.”
