“Second time staying here, everyone and everything is Nice. ”

“The entire stay, no one ever cleaned the room, the trash cans were over flowing and never emptied. Had to contact staff at least to new towels, and the little in room coffee packs and reusing the paper coffee cups. We did let the hotel know via survey about this experience. ”

“This hotel is gross. I paid for 2 nights but after the first night we just left and went to another hotel. The reviews were mostly good so I was very disappointed. The lady at the desk during check in was so sweet so I do want to note that. The hotel is undergoing renovations and there are no complaints about that. The room itself however was so gross. “I tried to cancel this via Expedia, Mariott, and even the hotel itself, and was not able to with a refund. Shame on you!!!! I will NEVER use Expedia again. And since I am in my first year of retirement, I would say this was a poor decision by your company to not give me a refund.”

“The toilet in my room was not bolted down properly. The shower door was broke and I had to rig it so I could atleast jump in the shower quickly without it falling on me. I do appreciate the front staff for acknowledging that when I brought it to their attention on check out. ”

“Pots and pans provided as well as cleaning supplies for those with in room kitchen amenities. A nice size outdoor patio in the back with a two sets of grills and tv areas. ”

“First and foremost let’s start with Expedia. When booking a room Expedia give you the option to pay now or at the desk. So I ask to pay at desk when I arrived. I arrived to the hotel and they told me that the room was cancelled because they withdraw the money out and it didn’t go through. I told the clerk that I arranged to pay at the desk when not arrive but Expedia tried to withdraw before that. So I had to re-book at the hotel which cost me more money.
