“I arrived at the hotel and was told to wait on the couch before they check me in. I waited about 20-25 minutes before they eventually told me the room that I reserved is not available and Id have to look for another hotel. This is ridiculously poor service. Never have I ever reserved a room only for the hotel to tell me that they dont have the room available. Avoid this place at all costs!”

“AC in the room looks like it has never been cleaned and could pose some health risks. I didnt feel very well sleeping next to it. Also the building itself doesnt have the name of the hotel outside and the reception area doesnt have hotel vibes which could make it difficult for some people to locate it. ”

“Stayed for 2 nights in a shared female dormitory. The room was comfortable to sleep in. You have your own bathroom in your room but the hot and cold shower was kinda confusing it goes super hot and super cold. They have common bathrooms too but needs maintenance. Good location for the party districts and also walking distance to Century City Mall. If your planning to go to Ayala, Makati it is also walking distance around 30 mins. The hotel is kinda artsy. “It's amazing! Only walking distance from MRT Shaw Station. Just google map the exact street. You need to turn an extra left to see Mariveles Street. The hostel is a good quiet place to sleep. Clean and well-maintained. Shared bathrooms are good too. They provide toiletries like (Towels, Shampoo, Shower Gel and Conditioner) Free breakfast in the morning.
