“Delightful visit to The George and Dragon! Friendly and obliging staff, great pub, room and breakfast. Rooms renovated to a high standard and beautifully furnished. Loved the windows which could be opened to cool the room and bonus bath to relax in. Friendly bar staff when we had a drink in the pub before bed and lovely lady served us at breakfast. Really impressed and highly recommend a stay. 10/10”

“Un albergo in posizione isolata, ma vicinissimo a Keswick. Camera molto comoda, pulita con ottimo letto. Colazione super, molto curata. Personale attento e gentile. Abbiamo anche cenato la sera: ristorante sopra le attese, cucina di territorio, raffinata e buona. Ci torneremo senz’altro alla prima occasione. Ambiente curato, pulito e tipico di una Inn di alto livello.”

“Beautiful house and gardens. Room was excellent as was the breakfast. Hazel and her husband work very hard to make your stay special. The local pub has recently changed hands and don't currently have a chef, so if you need food, then plan this on the way as there is nothing within walking distance. :-)”
