“Room clean, staff nice and helpful”

“The room was very nice and very clean however we wasn’t supposed to check out until 12 but room service was knocking on the door a lot earlier however the stay was really nice”

“Book for three days actually stayed an extra day on the front end never had the room cleaned found stuff that was left behind before we moved into it. That was never picked up. One of the items was a dirty comb.”

“One desk clerk was not engaged, didn't speak clearly and was on his cell phone when we come in. Said he was too busy to get any carts collect bring in guest luggage. Pants half way down his ass. Morning attendant for breakfast not dressed well for that job. Our pillows were just thrown on the bed. Didn't look nicely made.”

“Issues with wifi so no internet available and they could not get key cards done properly. I had to be let in and pick up key cards the next day. The ice machine did not work. When I needed staff I had to search the lobby to find someone although staff was great once found.”

“Overall good property. It has some wear but was very clean. Had nice outdoor ammenities but was not really a focal point. Could be tidied up. Pet friendly is huge plus and those with dogs were respectful of others. Oddly, we ended up with an accessible room. The bathroom was accessible in terms of grab bars and plenty of space in the bathroom. This was not a lowered sink but could probably work for a person using wheels. The door bell, however did not work. The dining table would have to move...

“Manager was friendly and professional. Room was clean. Was quiet until 2:00 a.m. when we heard a lot of activity in the room above us until 5:00 a.m. ”

“Quick friendly checkin and check out. Breakfast was good. Room was clean, bright and comfortable. Very happy with my stay here for my one night”
