“Solid stay at Candlewood Suites in St. John's. The staff were friendly, and the hotel is in a very safe part of the city. Our room was updated and fully stocked with everything you'd need. Nice view of Signal Hill in the distance, and the two separate thermostats were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable. No complaints — would recommend.”

“Some of our personal property was unfortunately damaged during a room clean. Alex was so helpful. He replaced both items after searching for a day for one of the items. He then waived our parking fees and offered us a meal at their restaurant. He also gave us a late check out for our troubles. Alex went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful.
